1. Product prices

The prices published on the UNOBIKE website are expressed in euros (€) and are valid except for typographical, computer or manifest material errors.

The applicable price shall be the one shown to the customer at the time of the final confirmation of the order.

2. Applicable taxes

Prices shall include the indirect taxes legally applicable according to the territory of delivery and the nature of the transaction.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, territories with a special tax regime or destinations located outside the continental space of the European Union, products will be displayed without Spanish taxes when appropriate in accordance with the applicable regulations.

In these cases, the customer must pay the taxes, duties, customs clearance fees, import DUA, surcharges, storage charges or any other cost required at the destination in order to receive or collect the shipment.

UNOBIKE may include in the shipping costs the cost of the shipping DUA or export procedure from Spain when so indicated. UNOBIKE will not assume the costs of importation, clearance or taxation chargeable at the destination, which shall be borne by the customer.

3. Transparency in shipping costs

Shipping costs shall be calculated for each order based on weight, volume, geographical delivery area, transport availability and rates of the transport companies contracted by UNOBIKE.

The exact amount of shipping costs will be shown to the customer in a clear and itemised manner before the final confirmation of the order and before accessing the payment gateway.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of the amount of the shipping costs shown for that specific order. Said amount shall be unique for that operation and shall not generate the right to apply the same shipping price to subsequent orders.

4. Price modification

UNOBIKE may modify the published prices at any time for future sales.

Price modifications shall not affect orders already confirmed, except for a manifest material error (e.g.: incorrect price due to technical failure)..

If a manifest material error is detected in the price of an order, UNOBIKE will inform the customer. The customer may confirm the order with the correct price or cancel it with refund of the amounts paid.

5. Promotions and discounts

Promotions, discounts, special campaigns and promotional codes shall be applied in accordance with the conditions indicated in each case and shall not be cumulative unless expressly indicated otherwise.
